Our boarding charges are modeled after hotels. Check out time is 11:30 a.m. If you pick up during our business hours by 11:30, you will not be charged for that day. If you pick up after 11:30, you will be charged for that day.
Returning Customers- we have a separate short form for existing customers to make new reservations.
If any information has changed since your last stay, or if you have added a new pet to your family, please submit the more detailed New Customer reservation form.
7/22/15 Wake County has reported the first cases of the H3N2 Canine Flu in Raleigh NC. We have not had any known cases at this time. To protect our clients' pets we will not be taking reservations for NEW clients at this time. We will also be turning away any pets that show any symptoms of the flu. New Customers- please use the bottom comprehensive form. There is room to enter up to two pets on the below form, if you have more than two, please submit a separate form for additional animals. If you have any questions, feel free to ask them in the comment section at the bottom of the form. We do consider submission of the form to be a request for a reservation. If that is not your intention, please be sure to specify that in the comment section.
We will respond to all inquiries for reservations. Your reservation will be confirmed, or we will let you know that we are full for the requested time frame, via e-mail. Normally, we will respond within 24hrs. Please follow up with a phone request if we do not get back with you within the 24-hour time frame. Occasionally, computer or e-mail problems may delay us from receiving your submission.
